Attempted to climb the stairs in my hospital several days ago and ended up panting like a crazy woman when I finally reached the level of my ward. Out of curiousity, my 79 years old patient asked me why am I panting so badly when he saw me. After knowing that the reason behind he said to me: Young girl, your stamina is worse than me and you should really start building it up. It's never too late to start exercising. And so, I realised that what he said was true. It's time for me to start exercising. After all, it's never too late to start a healthy lifestyle isn't it? :)
