Another day had passed in the blink of an eye. Time seems to pass by so much faster when you are enjoying isn't it? :o
I'm actually quite tempted to run with the teamNUS in the upcoming Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2010 in dec. However after some self-reflection I guess I'm better off doing something else than running in a marathon. Self-consciousness is the word. HAHA. I'm, still hoping that I'll survive through this week's fitness challenge which is COMPULSORY for everyone. -.-"
Did I mention about an incident on the bus the other day when I was on my way home from work and happened to overhear a conversation between 2 secondary school students?
Student A: You know (paused for a while), yesterday when I was walking to school, I
NOT BECAREFUL and
ACCIDENTLY (I did not spell this word wrongly, this was exactly what was pronounced by the student)
FALLEN into the drain.
Student B: OMFG! No wonder you got so
MUCH cuts on your legs!
I was pretty appalled by the linguistic ability of these 2 SECONDARY school students.(oh well, anw my english standard sucks too haha) :D
Its nice to listen to english oldies late into the night while thinking through things that you have no time to think about in the day....Sometimes that's when the emo feeling sets in...
p.s. I just realised that this entry was really random but who cares? As long as I'm happy :)
