Went for my first day of T to P today..Overrall, I guess today was quite alrite...Had orientation around the ward today by a ssn and was intorduced to my preceptor after that. My preceptor taught me about the routines in the ward and things like how to charge pts using the computer and stuffs like that. Today was spent mostly in learning about the job scope of a nurse in the ward. After which I went to the journal club with my preceptor in the afternoon to learn about the management of patient with end stage renal failure. I guess today was quite a long day for me as I did not sleep well the night before..prehaps because I am too nervous for today's TtoP..haha..:p
