Haiz...had a diarrhoea 3 times within an hour yesterday night.. Despite the fact that we learnt abt diarrhoea in school, how it comes about, the treatments yada yada your mind will be as blank as a white sheet of paper when u urself is having the diarrhoea..and usually I will rather choose to rely on the TCM for the pain reileve..haha wad an irony to what I've learnt in school..Nevertheless, TCM is sometimes really effective for certain illness.
Managed to run 3 rounds at the stadium near my house on thur!! On ya and I felt really insulted though I noe its not the uncle's fault.. While I was trying HARD to make my third round, grasping for air as I run, there was this 60+ yr old uncle wearing those tradditional white singlet doing brisk walking beside me. Din really bother abt him initially until I realised that heseems to be competing mith me!!! I was in fact running really slow as I'm drained from the first 2 rounds..and so this uncle kept brisk walking in front of me and turned around to smile at me with the "young ppl nowdays really can't run" kind of look -.-""" Nevertheless, I am satisified that at least I've made an improvement.. XP
*no more diarrhoea! XD*
