Well nth much to blog so thought of blogging about what i did on friday.. Went back to the hospital with the TTSH gang to copy patients' case notes for our case study. Spent quite a long time to copy down the notes especially when the handwriting in the medical records are simply illegible -.- Really had a hard time figuring out what was written in front of my eyes. After the long hours of copying, we proceededto a conference room with our chief preceptor and each of us were supposed to discuss and share with the rest about our patients's case. Questions were asked and i guess some of us weren't sure of how to answer but we did learn alot through the discussion as each of us got patient of different cases. It was a rather long and tiring day spent though we din do much things...Well i guess it was a rather boring entry...=p
